ایک اہم پیش رفت میں، سپریم کورٹ کے جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) میں ترامیم سے متعلق جاری قانونی کہانی میں ایک اہم قدم کی سفارش کی ہے۔ تجویز یہ ہے کہ چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان عمر عطا بندیال کی سربراہی میں ایک فل کورٹ بلایا جائے، جو پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کی جانب سے پیش کیے گئے کیس کی پیچیدگیوں کا اچھی طرح سے جائزہ لے۔
In a significant development, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah from the Supreme Court has recommended a pivotal step in the ongoing legal saga concerning the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendments. The suggestion is to convene a full court, helmed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial, to thoroughly examine the intricacies of the case brought forth by the Pakistan Tekreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
